In the case of issues related to misprinting or damaged or defective items sent to the customer, it must be communicated to Us within 7 days upon the delivery of the product.

To be eligible for a return, the product must have issues like misprinting or damaged or defective item. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
